Celebrating 8 years ?

Image
Last month, Sean and I celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary. We decided to check out a new to us winery and we both agreed that it was nice to try a new winery ( Mountain View Vineyard ). It was great that we both could see ourselves making many trips back especially when the weather warms up again. I was also surprised to find that it was the same distance as my favorite winery which I post about often on this blog. The views were beautiful even on a rather grey day and they had a large patio area which I can't wait to get use of come spring and summer. We did a wine tasting first to figure out our favorites and then purchased several bottles. We purchased one to enjoy at the winery and then a few more for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. We also ordered a few small plates to eat and I love that they actually had a real menu to order food versus just appetizers. Our food was tasty too! After the winery we went home and napped for a couple of hours and then got ready...

Girl's day with my niece

I wanted to first start off by saying thank you so much for being excited with me about my last post . That felt great since I felt silly writing it, haha. It was also really nice to have some silent readers come out and be excited with me. But you know what was surprising? When I informed Sean that I had written 1000 posts I thought he would make a joke or something but he admitted that he was impressed. She had just turned 10 years old a month prior so I treated her to a shopping trip and we had such a good time. She was so proud to tell me that she is part of yearbook at her school and that part of her responsibility is taking pictures of her classmates. She also informed me that taking pictures of her classmates is her favorite part of yearbook. And guess w...

Bellagio Gardens.

Although, fall seems to be a thing of the past right now I cant not share how beautifully the Bellagio in Vegas was decorated in October. To be honest, I dont really have to do much writing because I believe that the pictures speak for themselves, and even they do not do it justice. The Bellagio decorates for every season and I wish I could see how it is decorated for Christmas in person. I cant even imagine the amount of work, time and creativity that it takes to do all of this. I have a few several more posts that Ill share about our Vegas trip. I am aware that after a while one Vegas trip looks the same as the last but Ive been sharing all our Vegas trips since 2010 so at this point, whats the point of stopping? ;) Hope you all have wonderful weekends and happy Friday! ♥
