The last of New Orleans

Image
Here are my last pictures of our time in New Orleans. These are just some pictures that I haven't shared on the blog yet but of course I feel the need to. We really, really enjoyed our time in New Orleans and we can't wait to visit again. The music, the food, the buildings, the abundance of colors, the people ... it was all just fantastic. I feel that we were able to relax and also do some touristy things. As a result, we did not need a vacation from our vacation, which is exactly what I think a vacation should be. I complimented him on his yellow attire and he complimented me on my yellow earrings :) I hope you all enjoyed the New Orleans recap. Happy one day closer to Friday! ♥

New Orleans: Evening jazz cruise

My lens would fog up immediately. It truly was such a great evening and one that I will not soon forget.

We decided to do brunch at Brennan's and had an amazing experience. Our food was ridiculously good. After brunch we walked to Jackson Square and mainly did sight-seeing during the day. After seeing it in pictures for years, it was incredible to see it in person. It was lively, filled with artists and musicians. We made sure to sit for a while to take in the sights as these artists are so incredibly gifted and it's a wonderful experience to sit, listen and get lost in good music for a little while. When we were planning our trip, Sean became aware that theres a Harrahs casino. And well, when there's a casino Sean must visit. So we had some casino fun in the evening. The following day we took an UBER to check out the above ground cemeteries and that was such a weird experience. I ne...
